Otters come to visit the park -2013
FoSP are proud of the new additions, and long may they stay! Matt Hawes the woodcarver has created something special for all to enjoy. The two figures took two days to complete, carved into a tree that was destined to be felled, as it was considered a danger to those using the park. It has now been transformed and adapted by the wood carver, who worked with the natural contours of the wood. The otters keeping watch over the stream, and all who use the park ;0). Enjoy, more to follow soon. See images below and see if you can find them hiding, or even give them a name!
See below how the otters have matured, and look almost silver.
